# Terms of Service – Tournament Bot **Last updated:** July 2026 Welcome to the **Tournament Bot**, developed and operated by **Moonlight Studios**. By using the bot or its associated dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. ## 1. Scope These Terms apply to the use of the Tournament Bot, the web dashboard, and all related services and features. ## 2. Purpose The Tournament Bot is designed to help communities organize and manage esports tournaments, including: * tournament creation and management, * team and player management, * match scheduling and reporting, * support tickets, * temporary voice channels, * community and dashboard administration. ## 3. Eligibility To use the Tournament Bot you must: * have a valid Discord account, * comply with Discord's Terms of Service, * comply with these Terms of Service. ## 4. Acceptable Use You agree to use the Tournament Bot only for lawful purposes. You must not: * interfere with or disrupt the service, * bypass security measures, * submit fraudulent tournament registrations, * impersonate another person, * use the service for illegal activities. ## 5. Community Responsibility Each server owner and community staff member is solely responsible for managing their own tournaments, enforcing their own rules, and moderating their own community. Moonlight Studios is not responsible for decisions or content created by individual communities. ## 6. Dashboard Accounts Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dashboard accounts. Passwords must not be shared with third parties. If unauthorized access is suspected, users should change their password immediately. ## 7. Availability Moonlight Studios strives to provide a reliable service. However, we do not guarantee: * uninterrupted availability, * error-free operation, * permanent access, * or the availability of any specific feature. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect the service. ## 8. Third-Party Services The Tournament Bot may integrate with external platforms, including: * Toornament * Challengermode The use of those services is also subject to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. ## 9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moonlight Studios shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Moonlight Studios is not responsible for tournament cancellations, community moderation decisions, server outages, or data loss. ## 10. Suspension and Termination Moonlight Studios reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Tournament Bot for users or communities that violate these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to: * abuse of the service, * fraudulent activity, * manipulation, * security threats, * illegal conduct. ## 11. Changes Moonlight Studios may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect new features or legal requirements. The latest published version shall apply. ## 12.
